If you change the default Freeform Text Area font
settings for a datafile, that change will apply only to new records
that are added after the change.
To apply the new default to all
selected records in the
current datafile,
select
Apply Default Font Settings to
All Records under the
Format
menu.
This change will affect font colors, font styles, point sizes, and
background colors.
This change will not affect paragraph spacing or tables, and it will
leave images intact.
Currently deselected records will be ignored.
